Directions:<\/p>\n

  1. Use green gingham paper as layout base.<\/li>\n
  2. Cut strips of red, yellow and blue cardstock to approximately 4 x 12 inches and use border punch on one long edge of each color.<\/li>\n
  3. Cut additional strips of patterned paper as desired.<\/li>\n
  4. Ink edges of patterned paper and adhere all strips across layout in stripes as shown.<\/li>\n
  5. Cluster photos and bingo cards and adhere as shown.<\/li>\n
  6. Ink edges of journaling spot and adhere next to photos.<\/li>\n
  7. Apply rub on title, trimming\u00a0to rearrange\u00a0design as desired.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
