\u00a0Being a mom of twin teenage boys I\u2019m always on the lookout for new masculine paper collections, so naturally I was thrilled to see the My Little Boy Mini-Theme<\/a>\u00a0release. But since my boys are big boys, I love to find collections that are versatile enough for me to use on projects for them. And that\u2019s exactly the case with this collection!<\/p>\n

\"My<\/a><\/p>\n

I wanted to create some cards I can give to my boys to let them know how proud I am of all their hard work in school this past year, so I opted to use the generic prints and stickers in the collection, and combine them with some fun Designer Dies. To save time I used a similar design for each card. Since the design has more of a vertical feel, I used 4 \u00bc x 5 \u00bd inch card bases that open at the bottom.<\/p>\n

\"My<\/a><\/p>\n

To create the sentiment for the \u201cHello\u201d card, I trimmed the bottom off the \u201cHello Little One\u201d sticker accent and placed it flush with the bottom of the card. I\u2019m often looking for ways that I can alter embellishments to fit my needs and stretch my supplies.<\/p>\n

\"My<\/a><\/p>\n

I pulled in a few semi-solid papers from the Dots & Stripes Neutrals 8×8 Paper Pad, and the Made From Scratch 6×6 Paper Pad for some of the die cutting. I love that Echo Park offers so many paper options that coordinate so well with their other collections.<\/p>\n
