Tear the right edge of one piece and adhere to the back of the first panel. Trim edges with craft knife.<\/li>\n<li>Cut 1 \u00bd\u201d x 1 \u00bd\u201d piece of piece of yellow cardstock and round corner with punch.<\/li>\n<li>Round corners of \u201cBe the Best\u201d sticker. Apply to yellow piece of cardstock. Adhere to panel.<\/li>\n<li>Tear the left edge of one piece and adhere to the front of the second panel. Trim edges with sand paper.<\/li>\n<li>Trim photo to 1 \u00bd\u201d x 2\u201d. Round corner with punch and adhere to panel.<\/li>\n<li>Apply white \u201c\u201901\u201d stickers.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere photo to the back of the second panel. Trim edges with craft knife.<\/li>\n<li>Apply star and \u201cGo!\u201d stickers.<\/li>\n<li>Cut \u201cGo!\u201d border sticker and apply.<\/li>\n<li>Cut 3 \u00bd\u201d x 3 \u00bd\u201d piece of Competition paper. Fold in half diagonally and cut along the line. Adhere triangles to panels.<\/li>\n<li>Cut two 4\u201d x 1\u201d pieces of yellow cardstock.
