Track<\/strong><\/a> is a great sport for middle school and high school kids. It keeps them active and shows them that track events are fun and rewarding. There are so many different events a child can participate in, such as running, high jump, long jump, shot put, and many others.<\/p>\n

When your child is on the team, they will have many meets that they will attend and participate in during the season. They will also have practice four or five days a week. This will give you plenty of opportunities to take pictures and document scores.<\/p>\n

Creating a scrapbook for the track<\/a> season is a great way to show your child the improvements they make over the season. If you keep track of their statistics and places with each meet, you\u2019ll have a better chance of showing those improvements. Your child will also be able to see if they need to change events or stay with what they are doing.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>You\u2019ll find so many embellishments you can use when you\u2019re putting your scrapbook together. Make sure to include pictures of the school mascot and logo as well as colors if possible. When you relate it to their school in every way possible, they will enjoy it even more.<\/p>\n

Whether your child runs races only or they participate in field events to go with the running, a scrapbook is the perfect way to show your child the wonderful season they had with track. When you include statistics from the team it will be even better.<\/p>\n
