Line up bottom edge with edge of <strong>It Takes Two &#8211; Webelos Scatter Paper<\/strong> paper and about 1&#8243; from right edge.<\/li>\n<li>Crop three photos &#8211; photos shown are 2&#215;5, 4&#215;5 and 3&#215;5 &#8211; and adhere across upper half of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scrappinstuff.com\/store\/scouts-layouts-having-a-blast-c-210_321_366\/it-takes-two-webelos-scatter-paper-p-8032\"><strong>It Takes Two &#8211; Webelos Scatter Paper<\/strong><\/a> paper.<\/li>\n<li>Cut piece of brown cardstock to 1&#8243;x5&#8243; and adhere along left edge of photo strip.<\/li>\n<li>For title, cut &#8220;having a blast!&#8221; rub-on from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scrappinstuff.com\/store\/scouts-layouts-having-a-blast-c-210_321_366\/k-co-embellishment-flip-pack-cub-scout-webelos-p-8109\"><strong>K &amp; Co &#8211; Embellishment Flip Pack &#8211; Cub Scout &amp; Webelos<\/strong><\/a> and add to top of brown 3-1\/2&#8243;x11&#8243; strip.<\/li>\n<li>Add Webelo sign and paw from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scrappinstuff.com\/store\/scouts-layouts-having-a-blast-c-210_321_366\/k-co-embellishment-flip-pack-cub-scout-webelos-p-8109\"><strong>K &amp; Co &#8211; Embellishment Flip Pack &#8211; Cub Scout &amp; Webelos<\/strong><\/a> to accent the page.<\/li>\n<li>Finish layout with 3\/4&#8243; journal strips cut from yellow cardstock.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>by Amy Wheeler<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.scrappinstuff.com\/store\/scouts-layouts-having-a-blast-c-210_321_366\"><strong>Click Here<\/strong><\/a> for printable instructions and to order all the products you&#8217;ll need to create this layout.<\/p>\n<p>Happy Scrappin&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Having a Blast!
