\nCut black cardstock to fit card front
\nCut Reminisce paper (striped side out) slightly smaller and adhere to cardstock
\nCut strip of black cardstock 1\u201d x 6 \u00bc\u201d and adhere atop striped paper
\nCut Fishing paper 3 \u00bc\u2019 x 4 \u00be\u201d and mat with black cardstock
\nAdhere to card front with brads
\nCut out a fishing vest from the paper and adhere to a circle of black cardstock
\nStamp sentiment on white cardstock
\nAdhere to card front
\nCut striped paper 4 \u00bd\u201d x 6\u201d for interior of card
\nAdd a strip of black cardstock across the bottom
\nCut white cardstock 3 \u00bd\u201d x 5 \u00bd\u201d
\nCut words from Fishing paper and place inside card<\/p>\n

Use coasters for the base of the notepad

\nUsing Bind-it-All, punch edges and insert binding
\nAdd ribbons to binding
\nAdd stickie note pad inside<\/p>\n
