Even though this isn’t a camping layout, the colors in the “Campy Trails” line by American Crafts worked perfectly with my outdoor photos from a slightly overcast day.<\/div>\n

Instructions:<\/strong><\/div>\n

  1. Start with sheet of kraft paper for your base. I used Mister Huey Mists by Studio Calico (in Pony and Cream) to mist my layout.<\/li>\n
  2. Cut 10×7 section of\u00a0American Crafts – Campy Trails – Silver Lake Trail Paper<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>and adhere along right edge of layout about 2″ down from top.<\/li>\n
  3. Cut 10×3 section of\u00a0American Crafts – Campy Trails – Fox Park Forest Paper<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong> and adhere below green woodgrain paper.<\/li>\n
  4. Cut two 1-1\/4″ strips from\u00a0American Crafts – Campy Trails – Cedar River Trail Paper<\/span><\/strong><\/a> and using one of each pattern, adhere them where two other patterns meet. Stagger them slightly and cut off excess along right edge of page.<\/li>\n
  5. Round corners of 4×6 photo and adhere at an angle as shown.<\/li>\n
  6. Trim second photo down to 4×4 and mat on\u00a0American Crafts – Campy Trails – Fox Park Forest Paper<\/strong><\/a>. Round corners and adhere as shown.<\/li>\n
  7. Add title under 4×4 photo. (I also used one of the patterns in the strip of yellow patterned paper for my date.)<\/li>\n
  8. Add “Squirrelin’ Around”\u00a0accent from\u00a0American Crafts – Campy Trails – Patchems – Squirrel<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>overlapping two paper paper\u00a0strips as shown. (The orange around the patch didn’t match my layout, so I used mist to color the\u00a0border red.)<\/li>\n
  9. In upper left hand corner, add punched border strip of\u00a0American Crafts – Campy Trails – Fox Park Forest Paper<\/strong><\/a> (brown side).<\/li>\n
  10. Add brad from\u00a0American Crafts – Campy Trails – Fabric Brads<\/span><\/strong><\/a> <\/strong> near inside edge of border strip.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
