Adhere along left edge of border.<\/li>\n<li>Below stripe on layout, adhere four photos slightly trimmed, all matted on white cardstock as shown.<\/li>\n<li>Above stripe, add smaller cropped photos, also matted on white cardstock. (My top photos have a height of 2-1\/2&#8243;.)<\/li>\n<li>Hand cut &#8220;Make a Splash&#8221;\u00a0and water droplets from\u00a0Best Creation &#8211; Splash Fun &#8211; Splish Splash Glitter Paper. Adhere in upper left corner of layout. (I used pop dots to add dimension.)<\/li>\n<li>Complete title using alpha stickers from\u00a0Best Creation &#8211; Splash Fun Combo Stickers\u00a0and another alphabet sticker font.
