My son is currently working on his Eagle Project and needed to send thank you cards\u00a0to those that contributed financially toward his project. Instead of purchasing store bought cards, I pulled out some kraft paper, a “thank you” stamp and my K & Co.\u00a0Boy Scouts Adventure Designer Paper Pad. I was able to quickly make enough cards for my son to send.<\/span><\/div>\n

K & Co – Boy Scouts Adventure Designer Paper Pad\u00a0<\/a><\/div>\n
8-1\/2″x11″ Kraft paper (or pre-made cards)<\/div>\n
“thank you” stamp<\/div>\n
ink<\/div>\n
(optional) clear embossing powder<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Instructions:<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n

  1. \u00a0Trim your 8-1\/2″ x 11″ kraft paper down to\u00a08″ x 5-1\/2″ and fold down to 4″ x 5-1\/2″.<\/li>\n
  2. Select a pattern from the\u00a0K & Co – Boy Scouts Adventure Designer Paper Pad. I\u00a0selected the fleur-de-lis pattern.\u00a0For a card with the fold at the top, trim\u00a0pattern down to 3-3\/4″ x 5-1\/4″ and adhere it to front of card. (I inked edges before adhering.)<\/li>\n
  3. Trim 1″x4″ strips of a coordinating pattern, ink edges and adhere across lower half of card.<\/li>\n
  4. Stamp sentiment on kraft paper and cut down to banner\/flag shape. Adhere overlapping both patterns as shown along left or right edge of card. (For my card,\u00a0I used clear embossing powder over ink after stamping and heat embossed\u00a0 the sentiment before adhering.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
