Distress the torn edge with white ink.<\/li>\n<li>Layer two of the blue pieces, then the Defining boating piece, then the other two pieces of blue to make \u201cwaves,\u201d and adhere together.<\/li>\n<li>Apply the \u201con the boat\u201d rub-on.<\/li>\n<li>Set three anchor eyelets in the waves you created. String a piece of ribbon though each eyelet.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere the waves and ribbons to the frame. Trim the ribbon on the edge.<\/li>\n<li>Using the bottom of glass or cup, trace a circle on the dark yellow cardstock. Cut it out and adhere \u00be of the circle to the upper-left hand corner of the frame.<\/li>\n<li>Apply \u201cboat,\u201d \u201ch20\u201d and \u201con the water\u201d rub-ons to the frame.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the words \u201clake\u201d and \u201cwaves\u201d out of the Boating Collage paper. Cut the word \u201cboat\u201d out of the Defining Boating paper.
