Today we are sharing with you a layout, and an awesome carb-loading, well-wishing, breakfast treat that&#8217;s sure to inspire.<\/p>\n<p>This layout was created by Peggy Stolley. The motivational phrases from the 6&#215;12 sticker sheet added just the right amount of energy to finish the page.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of energy, Michelle James designed the cutest spread to motivate a runner, a coach, or the whole team.
