Hello!\u00a0 Shellye here today with a \u201cSummer Camp\u201d Mini Album<\/a> featuring the journal card paper from the Mini Collection!<\/p>\n

I started by cutting out all of the different cards from the Journaling Card Paper<\/a>; I did leave a couple of the side-by-side 3X4 cards together so they\u2019d form a single 4X6 card.<\/p>\n

Next, I cut base pages from Carta Bella\u2019s 12X12 Kraft Paper<\/a> to measure \u00bd\u201d larger than the journal cards.\u00a0 The cards were corner rounded where desired and then adhered to the center of the kraft paper.\u00a0 To make the pages even sturdier, the pages were matched up front-to-back and glued into place.<\/p>\n

I used tree stickers from the collection to highlight the row of trees on the cover.\u00a0 I also used a Layered Sun Sticker from Happy Summer<\/a> and embellished it with yellow enamel dots.\u00a0 Simple but fun!<\/p>\n

I also used patterned paper to create mats for some of the 4X6 pages.\u00a0 On page two, I even used a strip of leftover paper to make a border before adding the photo and sticker.<\/p>\n

Using the smaller, 3X4 cards in between the larger pages added color and fun!<\/p>\n

Next you can see that I used a ruler and blue fine-point Sharpie to add journaling lines to the one card.\u00a0 Small enamel dots were added as bullet points to each line.<\/p>\n

Extra dimension was added by giving a lift to word stickers with foam tape.\u00a0 You can also include alphabet stickers from other collections, or use a set of dies such as the Block Alphabet Die Set<\/a> as I have used.<\/p>\n

Above is an example of a page using two of the 3X4 cards together.\u00a0 On the final page, I once again added a Layered Sticker from the Happy Summer Collection to the cute cluster of trees!<\/p>\n

When preparing my pages, I sorted the cards by size and color; I love that when you turn each of the pages you will encounter all of the colors represented in this fun Mini Collection.\u00a0 Give it a try\u2026your little camper will love documenting their Summer Camp memories in their own mini album!<\/p>\n
