{"id":2382,"date":"2010-05-07T00:07:45","date_gmt":"2010-05-07T05:07:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/scrappinstuff.com\/blog\/?p=2382"},"modified":"2017-11-22T16:01:15","modified_gmt":"2017-11-22T22:01:15","slug":"band-frame","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/scrappinstuff.com\/blog\/2010\/05\/07\/band-frame\/","title":{"rendered":"Band Frame"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Take an unfinished frame and turn it into a special way to highlight your musician&#8217;s photos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2383\" src=\"http:\/\/scrappinstuff.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/LF-Band-Frame.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"750\" srcset=\"https:\/\/scrappinstuff.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/LF-Band-Frame.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/scrappinstuff.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/LF-Band-Frame-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/scrappinstuff.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/LF-Band-Frame-200x150.jpg 200w, https:\/\/scrappinstuff.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/LF-Band-Frame-665x499.jpg 665w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>All of the measurements I listed are for an 8 \u00bd x 11 frame with an opening for a 4 x6 photo.\u00a0 You may need to adjust the measurements if you are using a different size frame.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Supply List<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Unfinished frame<\/li>\n<li>Adorn It Marching Band Basics paper<\/li>\n<li>Adorn It Marching Band Words paper<\/li>\n<li>Adorn It Marching Band Cardstock stickers<\/li>\n<li>Black solid paper<\/li>\n<li>Ribbon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cut a 4 \u00bd x 11 piece of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scrappinstuff.com\/store\/music-layouts-brand-frame-c-210_364_365\/adorn-it-marching-band-words-paper-p-4105\"><strong>Marching Band Words paper<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0 Adhere to the top of the frame.<\/li>\n<li>Turn the frame over and cut out the photo opening using a straight blade.<\/li>\n<li>Cut a 4 \u00bd x 11 piece of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scrappinstuff.com\/store\/music-layouts-brand-frame-c-210_364_365\/adorn-it-band-basics-paper-p-5156\"><strong>Marching Band Basics paper<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0 Adhere to the bottom of the frame (this paper will overlap the Words paper, so you should line the paper up with the bottom edge of the frame).<\/li>\n<li>Turn the frame over and cut out the photo opening using a straight blade.<\/li>\n<li>Cut a semi-circle out of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scrappinstuff.com\/store\/music-layouts-brand-frame-c-210_364_365\/bazzill-smoothies-cardstock-blackberry-swirl-p-8668\"><strong>black solid paper<\/strong><\/a> and adhere to the left edge of the frame.\u00a0 The largest coluzzle circle isn\u2019t big enough, so you\u2019ll have to get creative \u2013 I used a kitchen plate!<\/li>\n<li>Cut a #11 size coluzzle circle out of the black solid paper.\u00a0 Cut a #9 size coluzzle circle out of the inside of your #11 size circle.\u00a0 Adhere circle around the photo opening.<\/li>\n<li>Add ribbon to the letter D sticker and the small square music notes sticker.\u00a0 Put pop dots on the letters B A N, and D and adhere to the right side of the solid black circle.\u00a0 Put pop dots on the \u201cI\u2019m in the Band\u201d sticker and adhere to the lower left corner of the frame.\u00a0 Put pop dots on the small square music notes sticker and adhere to the upper left side of the frame, with the rectangular music notes sticker flush to the frame underneath it.<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Project by Lisa Frayne<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.scrappinstuff.com\/store\/music-layouts-brand-frame-c-210_364_365\"><strong>Click Here<\/strong><\/a> for printable instructions and to order all the products you&#8217;ll need to create this frame.<\/p>\n<p>Happy Scrappin&#8217;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Take an unfinished frame and turn it into a special way to highlight your musician&#8217;s photos.
