I found this cute little white chipboard book that I thought would be a great way to document an upcoming school event.<\/p>\n

Cardstock:\u00a0 Bazzill Green<\/a><\/p>\n

Cardstock:\u00a0 Bazzill Brown<\/a><\/p>\n

Cardstock:\u00a0 Bazzill White<\/a><\/p>\n

Pattern paper:\u00a0 Pink Paislee<\/a><\/p>\n

Pattern paper:\u00a0 Pink Paislee<\/a><\/p>\n

I treated each page like a mini scrapbook page, being sure to add all my embellishments before adhering each page to the book.\u00a0 The base of each page is brown cardstock, cut to 5 \u00be\u201d x 5 \u00be\u201d.\u00a0 The cover page uses the Back to School paper which was cut slightly smaller than the cardstock and adhered.\u00a0 Green cardstock was cut 4 \u00bd\u201d x 4 \u00bd\u201d and the brown cardstock was cut slightly larger.\u00a0 \u201cSchool Days\u201d was cut with the Cricut Expression, Plantin cartridge at 2\u201d from the School Days paper.\u00a0 3 large brads were added between the words.<\/p>\n

I used the reverse side of the Back to School pattern paper which was cut at 3\u201d x 5 \u00be\u201d and \"\"<\/a>adhered to the brown cardstock base.\u00a0 A strip of School Days paper was cut \u00bd\u201d x 5 \u00be\u201d and adhered just above.\u00a0 White cardstock was cut 4\u201d x 3 \u00bd\u201d, lightly inked and adhered to the left side.\u00a0 A small image was cut from the School Days paper, matted with brown cardstock and adhered to the corner.\u00a0 Another piece of white cardstock was cut 4\u201d x 5\u201d, lightly inked and adhered to the right side.<\/p>\n

The Goody 2 Shoes was cut into 2 pieces, each 6\u201d x 6\u201d which were then torn to fit the cardstock base, leaving a white edge around the page.<\/p>\n

White cardstock was cut into a 4\u201d x 4\u201d square, lightly inked and then adhered to the left side.<\/p>\n

A tag was cut from the School Days paper and matted with red cardstock.<\/p>\n

Green cardstock was cut into a 3 \u00be\u201d x 3 \u00be\u201d square and matted with white cardstock which was cut into a 4\u201d x 4\u201d square and\u00a0 then lightly inked.<\/p>\n

A strip of white cardstock was cut 1\u201d x 4\u201d, lightly inked and adhered with staples.\u00a0\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The Prep School paper was cut 2 \u00bd\u201d x 5 \u00be\u201d and added to each page.<\/p>\n

A strip of the reverse side of the Prep School paper was cut \u00bd\u201d x 5 \u00be\u201d and adhered along the edge.\u00a0 White cardstock was cut 2\u201d x 3\u201d and 1 \u00bd\u201d x 4\u201d, lightly inked and adhered to the left side.\u00a0 A large brad anchors the bottom strip.<\/p>\n

2 apples were cut using the Cricut Expression, Plantin cartridge at 2\u201d.\u00a0 These were adhered with pop dots.<\/p>\n

White cardstock was cut 2\u201d x 4 \u00bc\u201d, lightly inked and adhered to the right side.<\/p>\n

2 large brads were added under the cardstock.<\/p>\n

An award was cut using the Cricut Expression, Sports Mania cartridge at 2\u201d from brown and white cardstock.\u00a0 After lightly inking the edges, it was adhered to the right side.<\/p>\n

Brown cardstock was added to the back side for a finished look.<\/p>\n
