Game Day Chili &#8211; Game Day Bite Size Bits<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I like to use pops of glitter paper, so I always keep some around in different shades to use with various punches to embellish and layer.<\/p>\n<p>Other items used:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scallop shape border punched out of red glitter paper<\/li>\n<li>Round circle punch used on silver glitter paper to border the &#8220;Game On&#8221; Theresa Collins circle.<\/li>\n<li>Five stars punched out of silver glitter paper.<\/li>\n<li>Five small hearts punched out of red paper.<\/li>\n<li>Two red pom-poms I had on hand from the craft store.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I trimmed the beige and red Jenni Bowlin paper so the red cheer word paper could act as a frame.\u00a0 Place the\u00a0red glitter border as shown.\u00a0 Cut the &#8220;All Star Year&#8221;
