For a quick and easy project, use hockey words paper . It’s perfect to use as a background to showcase a special photo.
Supplies:
Cardstock: Bazzill
Pattern paper: Scrapping Sports
RBS
Resin hockey items
Thickers: American Crafts
Brads: Creative Impressions
Journal tag: Little Yellow Bicycle
Die cut: Cricut Expression, Plantin cartridge
Directions:
Cut hockey puck paper 11 ½” x 11 ½” and adhere to black cardstock
Remove hockey words from it’s backing and adhere to hockey puck paper
Cut a 2” square of black cardstock and cut in half on the angle
Place both pieces in the lower corners of the layout
Mat 5” x 7” photo with reverse side of hockey paper, then with black cardstock
Add to layout, slipping a journal tag behind it
Add brads to corners
Die cut “Photos” using Cricut Expression and Plantin cartridge
Add to journal tag
Cut strip of black cardstock 2 ¼” x 5 ½”
Cut hockey puck paper slightly smaller
Adhere with brads to center of layout
Add journaling and then date using American Crafts Thickers
Add resin hockey items in corner
