I found the new “Great Outdoors” mini line by Echo Park to be perfect for some recent Cub Scout photos. It’s not just for camping!
Supplies:
- Echo Park – The Great Outdoors Plaid Paper (2 sheets)
- Echo Park – The Great Outdoors Journaling
- Echo Park – The Great Outdoors Icon Paper
- Echo Park – The Great Outdoors Stickers
- CBC – Chipboard Word – Scouts
- Dark orange ink (or paint) for covering chipboard word
- pop dots
- staples
- Cream card stock
Instructions:
- Start with a sheet of Echo Park – The Great Outdoors Plaid Paper for your base.
- Add 2″ strip of Echo Park – The Great Outdoors Journaling to top of layout.
- Add 1/2″ strip of Echo Park – The Great Outdoors Plaid Paper below 2″ strip.
- Crop two photos down to 4×4 and smaller, mat and adhere in upper left corner as shown.
- Optional: Punch tab shape from Echo Park – The Great Outdoors Icon Paper and staple in upper left corner of top photo. Top tab with “do not disturb” sticker from Echo Park – The Great Outdoors Stickers.
- Add 4×6 photo on photo mat in lower right corner.
- Hand cut “Adventures in Camping” journal spot from Echo Park – The Great Outdoors Journaling and adhere below two small photos.
- Cover “camping” on journaling spot with “on the trail” sticker from Echo Park – The Great Outdoors Stickers.
- Top “on the trail” sticker with star sticker from Echo Park – The Great Outdoors Stickers. (Add with pop dot.)
- Ink or paint CBC – Chipboard Word – Scouts in coordinating orange color and add below journaling spot to complete title.
- On right edge of 1/2″ plaid strip at top of page, add three claw stickers from Echo Park – The Great Outdoors Stickers. (Adhered with pop dots.)
