Thanks Coach Notepads & Cards

With the end of the school year approaching, it is always difficult to come up with different ideas for the coaches and teachers in our children’s lives.  Here are some quick and easy gifts to make for those special people.

Supplies:
RMS – Baseball Words Paper
Stamping Station – Hockey Words Paper
Reminisce Stickers- Wrestling Phrase Stickers
Creative Impressions Brads
Cat’s Eye Fluid Chalk Inkpad – Charcoal
American Crafts Cardstock
Ribbons
Die Cuts: ProvoCraft Cricut Expression, Sports Mania, Designers Calendar; Spellbinders,  Nestabilities

 

 

 

Thanks Coach NOTEPADS

  • Cut chipboard into 4” squares.  (I’ve also used coasters from my local restaurant)
  • Cut black cardstock into 4” squares and adhere to the chipboard.
  • Cut chipboard into 4” squares.  (I’ve also used coasters from my local restaurant)
  • Cut black cardstock into 4” squares and adhere to the chipboard.
  • Cut pattern paper into a 3 1/2” square and adhere to cover.
  • Ink all edges.
  • Die cut a circle from white cardstock and again from black cardstock.
  • Die cut “coach” from black cardstock.
  • Mount “coach” to white circle then mount onto black and adhere to cover.
  • Using a binding system (I used the Bind it All), bind the covers together to create a book.
  • Add ribbons to the rings.
  • Add a post it note pad inside.

Thanks Coach CARDS

  • Cut cardstock into a 3”x6” strip.  Fold in half, creating a 3”x3” card.
  • Cut black cardstock  to 2 ¾” x 2 ¾”.
  • Cut pattern paper to 2 ½” x 2 ½” and adhere to black cardstock.
  • Stamp sentiment on white cardstock and adhere along bottom of card with brads.
