Dolphins Layout

I was so excited to scrap our vacation photos from Sea World and started with dolphin-themed paper to make things easy. In order to grunge up the page a bit to make it more my style, I added products from the Father and Son collection by Fancy Pants and Generation Z by Little Yellow Bicycle. Don’t be afraid to mix manufacturers and collections – you get to make a dent in your scrapbook stash and make your projects totally unique!

Supplies:

Creative Imaginations – Dolphin Play Paper

Creative Imaginations – SeaWorld Brads

Bazzill Smoothies Cardstock – Coconut Swirl

Fancy Pants – Like Father Like Son – Strips Paper (back side)

LYB – Generation Z – Ribbon

ANM – Mini Pop Dots

American Crafts Slick Writer Marker Fine Point – Black

Cat’s Eye Fluid Chalk Inkpad – Charcoal

Imaginisce – i-rock Tool

  • Cut 8 inch circle from Strips paper and ink edges with Charcoal ink. Adhere to top right edge of layout, trimming edges as shown.
  • Mat photos on Coconut Swirl cardstock.
  • Layer selected photo with card cut from Cards paper. Write journaling using Slick Writer.

  • Punch a hole into selected Fabric Tag and insert Sea World brad. Adhere to right side of layout using Mini Pop Dots.
  • Trim piece of selected Ribbon, tie into a knot and adhere to top of tag.
  • Using i-rock tool, adhere gems to enhance  water splashes along the bottom of the patterned paper.
