Family Game Time Layout

I couldn’t wait to receive the new “Campfire” line by October Afternoon. My son has so many Scouting photos that will work perfectly with it. However, when I my order arrived, I was instantly inspired by the color scheme to do a layout about our family game night.

Supplies:

Instructions:

1. Start with sheet of October Afternoon – Star Gazing Paper for your base.
2. Add Jenni Bowlin – Bingo Card – Lucky at an angle in upper left corner.
3. Cut 1-1/2″ – 2″ strips of both October Afternoon – Camp Store Paper (stripe) and October Afternoon – Toasted Marshmallows Paper (dots) papers.
4. Adhere October Afternoon – Toasted Marshmallows Paper (dots) at an angle below Jenni Bowlin – Bingo Card – Lucky with some of the paper hanging off the right edge of the layout. Trim at edge.
5. Adhere October Afternoon – Camp Store Paper(stripe) straight across layout over top of October Afternoon – Toasted Marshmallows Paper (dot).
6. Mat one 4×6 photo on piece of October Afternoon – Tent Trailer Paper (stars) and adhere near center of page, off to the left a bit.
7. Adhere two smaller photos (I printed as 2-up collage and cut the 4×6 print in half) at angles overlapping lower right corner of main photo.
8. Take 3 Jenni Bowlin – Bingo Buttons (I misted these to get them to match the papers on the layout) and 3 October Afternoon – Campfire Buttons and tie or knot thread or floss through the holes.
9. Adhere three of the buttons in upper right hand corner of smaller photo near right side of the layout.
10. Adhere three remaining buttons over numbers on Jenni Bowlin – Bingo Card – Lucky.
11. Add title in upper right corner of layout using mixture of Fancy Pants – Like Father Like Son – Alpha Stickers and Thickers – Chipboard Letterman – Apricot.
12. Punch or cut two different sized star shapes out of each October Afternoon – Toasted Marshmallows Paper (red dot), October Afternoon – Tent Trailer Paper (stars), and October Afternoon – Camp Store Paper (stripe).
13. Add 2 stars to lower left corner of smaller left photo. Raise one up with pop dots.
14. Add 4 stars around title, again raising a couple up with pop dots to add dimension.
15. Journal with black pen.
