White, pink, blue, and green cardstock

Blue ribbon

Instructions:

• Use the striped side of the “it’s tubing time” paper as your background.
• Cut a 6 x 12 piece of the other side of the “it’s tubing time” paper and adhere it approximately an inch from the bottom of the page.
• Cut a larger circle out of the wave side of the “a wave of fun” paper and adhere it to the upper left hand corner of the page.
• Cut a medium size circle out of the wave side of the “a wave of fun” paper and adhere it to right of the large circle.
• Cut a small circle out of the wave side of the “a wave of fun” paper and adhere it to the lower left hand corner of the page.
• Mat a favorite 4 x 4 photo in white (4 ¼ x 4 ¼) and blue (4 ½ x 4 ½) cardstock.  Wrap blue ribbon around the bottom of it and adhere it in the upper left hand corner of the page.  Make the “take a dip” sticker
