Summer Slam Layout

Supplies:

• Jillibean – Game Day Chili – Game Day Bite Size Bits
• Jillibean – Game Day Chili – Tomato Paste Paper
• Jillibean – Game Day Chili – Peapods
• Jillibean – Game Day Chili – Chipotle Peppers Paper 
• Jillibean – Game Day Chili – Cardstock Stickers
• Admiral blue cardstock
• Pomegranate (red) cardstock
• white grid patterned paper

Instructions:

1.   Start with sheet of Admiral blue cardstock for your base.
2.  Trim sheet of Pomegranate cardstock down to 11-1/4” square and adhere to base.
3.  Top that with 11” square piece of white or grid patterned paper.
4.  Add large star accent in upper left corner of layout using backside of Jillibean – Game Day Chili – Game Day Bite Size Bits. (For my star, I painted a wood veneer star and backed it with patterned paper.)
5. Create oversized 6”x10” photo mat with three photos matted on Admiral cardstock. Adhere along right edge of layout about 3-1/2” from top of page.
6. Under photo mat, add ½” strip of Jillibean – Game Day Chili – Tomato Paste Paper and star and scallop punch outs from Jillibean – Game Day Chili – Peapods.
7.    Punch baseball player circle from Jillibean – Game Day Chili – Tomato Paste Paper and adhere in lower left corner of photo mat. Further accent with star/button punch outs from Jillibean – Game Day Chili – Peapods. (I added twine to my buttons.)
8.  In upper left corner of layout, add baseball ticket cut from Jillibean – Game Day Chili – Chipotle Peppers Paper.
9.  Add title along left side of photo mat using alphas from Jillibean – Game Day Chili – Cardstock Stickers.
10.    Add “Sports Do Not Build Character…” quote from Jillibean – Game Day Chili – Cardstock Stickers in lower right corner of photo mat as shown.
11.  Complete layout by journaling in upper right corner
