Video Gamer

Who doesn’t have a son that spends most of his time playing video games?  This layout by Stephanie Ackerman is perfect for those video game photos!

Directions:

  1. Use black cardstock for the base of the layout
  2. Cut pattern paper to 11” x 11” and adhere to base
  3. Double mat photo and adhere to left side of the page
  4. Using rub-on tool, adhere title to white cardstock.  Since I wanted to use a portion of the rub-ons, I carefully cut around what I wanted first
  5. Cut title block to 3 ¼” x 5” and ink edges
  6. Mat onto black cardstock
  7. Create a journaling block from white cardstock (2 ¾” x 5”) and ink edges
  8. Mat onto black cardstock
  9. Add journaling, leaving just enough room for placement of the final rub-ons
  10. Using circle dies, I cut 2 mats for the circular rub-on and adhered as shown
  11. Additional rub-ons were adhered to white cardstock, matter with black and placed over the photo with staples
  12. Handwrite date in lower right corner
