Throwing the HEAT Layout

I used a sketch by the wonderful Allison Davis (www.allisonrdavis.blogspot.com) for this 2-page layout. It was really to adapt the sketch for the number and sizes of photos I had already printed.

Supplies:
Bazzill Grasscloth Cardstock – Red Devil

Bo-Bunny – Block Party Dots Paper (blue big dot/green)

Bo-Bunny – Block Party Celebration Paper (cream dot/brown)

Bo-Bunny – Block Party Jamboree Paper

Bo-Bunny – Block Party Stripe Paper

Bo-Bunny – Block Party Good Times Paper (words/blue small dot)

Bo-Bunny – Block Party Shindig Paper (brown floral stripe/notebook)

Bo-Bunny – Block Party 12″x12″ Sticker

DCWV – 42-Pc. Tall Chip Chatter – Black

ANM – Mini Pop Dots

Directions:

• Start with two sheets of Bazzill Grasscloth Cardstock – Red Devil for your base.
• Adhere 2″ strip of Bo-Bunny – Block Party Dots Paper (blue big dot side) vertically down right hand side of page, 5″ from left edge.
• Add 11-1/2″ x 1/2″ strip of Bo-Bunny – Block Party Celebration Paper (cream dot side) just to the right of 2″ strip on right hand page.
• Cut two (2) 1/2″ strips of Bo-Bunny – Block Party Good Times Paper (blue small dot side) and adhere across both sheets of paper about 6-1/2″ from top.
• Adhere three (3) 4″x5-1/2″ photos to the left of the vertical stripes and just above the blue dot strip crossing both pages. One photo will need to be cut as it crossed between both pages.
• Adhere smaller photos just below small dot strips across both pages. (I used five 4″x3-1/2″ photos.)
• Cut 1″ strips of Bo-Bunny – Block Party Stripe Paper and adhere to outside of photo and just above small dot strip on both sides of the layout.
• Cut strips from ruled side of Bo-Bunny – Block Party Shindig Paper and use for journaling strips. Adhere on right hand page overlapping upper photo and vertical strips of patterned paper.
• Cut three circles from Bo-Bunny – Block Party Jamboree Paper and adhere in a triangle shape around layout. I raised the largest circle up with ANM – Mini Pop Dots.
• Add title to page splitting it between the upper left hand corner and right hand bottom edge of layout. I used a mix of stickers from Bo-Bunny – Block Party 12″x12″ Sticker and DCWV – 42-Pc. Tall Chip Chatter – Black.
