PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE AND DISCLAIMERS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEB SITE (this "Site"). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these terms of use, conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms you may not use this Site.

Shipping Rates
We charge a flat shipping rate of $5.95 on all orders shipped in the US and Military APO addresses. All orders are sent priority mail.

U.S. ORDERS OVER $75 Ship FREE

International Shipping Rates
All international orders are sent Priority Mail International and charged actual shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: While Priority Mail is very reliable, The United States Post Office will not guarantee shipping times or arrival dates. We are unable to control delivery times, but make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.

**We are not responsible for orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the postal service as that is proof that we have sent the order and USPS has delivered it to the shipping address.

Processing Times
It usually takes 1-3 business days from the time you place your order for us to process, pack and ship your package.

Back Orders
As much as we try to keep all items in stock, there may be times when an item is out of stock. If, due to unforeseen events, an item that is ordered is found to be out of stock when the order is being pulled for shipment, the amount of the item ordered will be adjusted before your card is processed.

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with any products you receive from us, you may return them undamaged, within 30 days of the day we shipped them, and we will cheerfully refund your purchase price, in the form of store credit, minus a restocking fee of 15% of the price of the item(s) returned. To qualify for the refund, the product(s) must be returned within 30 days of the original shipment and in the same condition we shipped it. Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit. Products that are opened will not be accepted for return.

Regarding Custom Albums
Album Options® custom albums are non-refundable with no exceptions unless they present a manufacturing defect. Once we receive your digital order it is considered purchased. You will be charged $15.00 for any album project submitted by you and not manufactured for whatever reason.

Manufacturing defects do not include and are not limited to: Images submitted by you that do not meet the file size requirements, image coloring expectations, custom files submitted by you that do not meet your expectations in layout and positioning, rare minor manufacturing markings on either pages , album cover, album back and/or spine that are not considered damaged or unavoidable.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE
Scrappin’ Stuff reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Scrappin’ Stuff Web Sites are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Scrappin’ Stuff Web Sites. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.

USE OF SITE, PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION

Impersonation of others, including a Scrappin’ Stuff employee, host, or representative or other members or visitors on the Site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the Site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, or which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
